if its mint about £26k/£27k.if its show room condition then i would pay a bit more

It entirely depends on condition and history, like any other car, 22B's have been selling for anything between 18k and 27k recently. The 18k car had the wrong engine fitted, a 27k car was a mint low mileage (very low) Type UK.
It is a buyers market out there, altough prices are holding now that it is no longer possible to import them into the UK. No model report for any 2 doors, especially the 22B is available at present so they can't be SVA'd.

Unless someone gets a model report prepared for the 22b (costing a couple of k) it's very unlikely that it will be SVA'd...so you'll have to wait till 2008 when i't 10 years old and only needs an MOT 
There are 4 currently for sale on Autotrader ranging from 24 to 26k plus another one on ebay (went on in the last day or so)
Of the 4 on Autotrader, 1 is with a main dealer and seems on the surface to be a reasonably priced example. 1 is a Type UK with a warranty, the other 2 have chequered pasts...expecially the highest price one that was recently up for under 20k with another trader...it's been passed around a bit I saw it for sale at Autosport 2 years ago
