Well I can confirm PPP stages 1, 2 & 3 are on the prodrive usa site.
http://www.prodrive-usa.com/product_...?cid=9&yid=221
I doubt very much they would bring out a stage 4 here when we have had no mention of 1 or a 2 or a 3 for that matter.
The posts on NASIOC say 300 brake at the wheels for the stage 4, !!!!!!!!!, just rumours though wouldnt of thought the tranny would cope with that and a 3 year warranty.
anyone know what 300bhp at the wheels equals at the flywheel ?.

There is a technical paper from Prodrive on that website that says the US PPP stage 3 is the nearest to the UK PPP - if any real comparison can be made.
see http://www.prodrive-usa.com/productI..._sheet_PPP.pdf
Stage 3 US PPP has 228 bhp @ wheels, but the report goes into the differences of US & UK rolling roads. The upshot is that US figures cannot be translated to UK figures easily.
But even a hike from 228 to 300 bhp in US terms still sounds b/****.
To get to a stage 4 300 whp US style on a WRX needs an FMIC, new turbo, STi injectors and other fancy bits which would be a big departure from normal Prodrive package sizes.

AFAIR that paper was written in response to someone consistently complaining that there'd been a stitch-up for the US spec PPP and it wasn't up to the power of the UK one and why not etc...
Have a read through the paper if you want - AFAIR it put him in his place and things went quiet after
As above, US stage 3 = UK spec PPP - they have lesser / cheaper versions that aren't the full monty maybe to do with emissions regs, insurance etc... only Prodrive UK/US, Subaru US could comment on that one...
