Default Why so many green imprezas came about?

To see green BMW Mini's, Aston Martins, Jags etc is fairly normal as we all know the good old British Racing Green has inspired this.

For Imprezas, there is Blue for the rally car, white for the RS models for the rally boys, silver, black and red for the usual Japanese colours.

So where did Green come from?!

God knows
BUT, the only boring fact that i can throw in about green is that countries use to have a single colour as their racing colour, the UK was green, thus we get british racing green.
Personally i dont mind the green on the classics, its that funny green on the bugeyes that i dont/cant quite get use to.

"I don't mind the green on the classics"

Cheers! I dare go out in it now without fear of disparagement from at least one of my fellow men.

I agrees with you. my dad had a Impreza Sport (classic) in green and it really nice and the classic imprezas turbos with gold allogs looked realy really nice.

The green on the new age Impreza's is a bit of a wired colour to say the least and i have not seen any in that colour.

I nearly bought a green scooby once...then common sense kicked in and shouted, "my god man...it's green! What are you doing you fool".

You would get a cheer from Sheffield, I love to see green classics. My mate has one, I prefer them to blue. <now I am in for it LOL>

I like mine had it 14 months now went out specifically for a green one, made a change from all the blue ones i see, but all of em are cool.
Have got a fair bit of flak from some people for daring to own a green scoob but like i said i love the colour.

I actually quite like green. But if anyone fancies a bargain, Welch's in Sawston (just outside Cambridge) has been trying to sell a 51 bugeye in Green since January. Make any reasonable offer and they'd probably accept.
