Looks like I might lose the scoob depending on how many points I get. I've already got 3 and I could do without any more.

ask the prosocuting court for a copy of the calibration equipment for the camers used to prove it was recording the correct speed and ask for the drivers daily record sheet that they have to fill in to prove the van was road worthy

if they cant provide you with the said details speak to a lawyer as the case could be thrown out

And what if they provide all this and he is still found to be speeding?
Can you not get in more trouble for requesting this stuff and wasting their time?
