'03 WRX - imprezzed
Tiley's gave me a '03 WRX as a courtesy car while my '01 WRX was being serviced.
I was very impressed ... there may only be a difference of a few BHP, but the spread of torque and its willingness to pull from low down made it feel a much livelier and much more enjoyable car for blatting about town.
Is this generally observed? To me it felt like what I'd imagined an '01 WRX with PPP would be like. Is the same true of the '04 model?

I have a MY04 with PPP and well pleased with it too. It may not be an Sti / WR1 etc, but its the fasted bested thing I have driven in a long time. (even if the rear bumper is now scratched 
)

Yeah drives great - not too sudden on boost but still very noticeable.
Very pleased with mine after 20,000 miles or so. Torque spread is good.
