Cool

Anybody drvining from UK to Switzerland this summer (holidays)???
I'm living in Switzerland and want to buy a magnex mid-section for my MY98.
Posting is rather expensive and maybe there is somebody who is driving from UK to Switzerland and who could bring along a mid-section for me.
thank you!

Ric,

Have driven down to Zueri twice this year already and *might* be doing it again in late August . . In two minds about it at the moment as I need to sell the car in September when my course finishes and don't really fancy putting too many more miles on the car and hammering the residual vaue further!

Please e:mail me mid-August if you haven't found a solution before then. I would have no problem bringing the part down for you if I decide to drive. Should also be possible to reclaim the EU/CH MWSt. differential (11%) on the German border too, which will reduce the cost of the part even further for you!

Ric

I have a relative living in Zurich and he is also a business partner of mine. I regularly travel there, around every six weeks and am due to go again very soon in the week or so.

Email me your zurich addrss and have the bits shipped to me in UK and I will bring em over. Ensure that u have on the invoice your swiss address as it will then carry zero vat as its classed as export. I'll bring in the bits with the rest of the other stuff I'm taking over.

regards

Bear in mind the size of a midsection !!
The midsection on my STi wouldn't fit in the boot (no folding rear seats) & only just fitted across the back seats !
