Angry As this happened to anyone else....

I had a Subaru on lease from a garage in Nottingham. I was lead to belive that services were incuded had 2 services done. In the mean time the garage closed and was moved to Derby so i took it to my nearest Subaru dealer for the 20k service and was told it was not included in the aggreement. I have had no explantion from the dealer with who i took the agreement through and they are refusing to do anything about it. I am really cheesed off. Has anyone else had this sort of thing happen to them.
Thanks in advance for any info.

I have read this three times and still have no understanding of your problem. Your explanation makes no sense, what are you on about?

Do you mean you bought the car on contract hire? Or do you mean that you had a verbal agreement with the dealer? Was the dealer a Subaru franchise?

You need to give more specific detail if you want help.

Wink

S5UBY - I think perhaps your grammar should get a full service and oil change while in Derby.
Your problem is hard to understand from your post.

Yeah I had this with my M3. apparently because the garages are franchise they don't have to honour any other agreement with previous dealer. Should get it done free in Derby if that's any good.
Either that or the 2 dealers in question could come to a gentleman's agreement.
You are at the whim of the dealer's unfortunately

Thank you. I wish i had took it to Derby now instead of Mansfield. So much for me thinking it would be easier.
