can i get a 1995 impreza wrx sva'd without a model report becasue its in the 10 year gap and is 4wd so i am not clear on dat i am asking for a friend.

no mate any car older than 10 years doesn't need an sva test. but any car uptil dec 1996doesn't need a model report. but this still needs an sva test but the car has to be totally standard,if not then it would fail.hope that helps

To be pedantic

It does not need a model report if it is under 10 years old but manufactured before 1st Jan 1997 if, and only if, the car is imported from Japan and the model type and designation codes are correctly filled in on the deregistration form.

yes it will and youd be very far pushed to find one for them mate. look on www.modelreports.com i don't think there is any available for a skyline. not only does the car needs a model report it has to be bog standard not even an aftermarket exhaust as it will fail

if the engine code is gf-gc8 will it pass becasue i read somwhere it won't becasue of high emissions is it true.
