I think whether you like it or not the scoob makes your more conspicious. Since owning a scoob I've found that too. I actually think my driving has gotten better since I was driving other "GTI's", but it doesn't seem to help.

Sounds like you may have a few mods and possible a loud exhaust. It's going to be noticed more than an Escort. Two cars do 30mph on site, who's going to report the red escort that may be similar to 20 other cars in the car park over the one off bright loud scoob?

I assume this newly introduced rule isn't in your contract and unless they have a cluase saying they can change your contract at time you could say you were unwilling to leave your car offsite which means you can't do your job and you could be all over them for constructive dimissal.

There is a very, very easy way to sort this.

Take a couple of weeks off, get the quack to write you up for stress and make sure your director is aware the reason why. It will all stop - because you could take them for ££,£££
