Go to another dealership, or a respected after market place and have an inspection done with full report. Ask them to inspect generally and Anything you feel is wrong.
Then, return to the original garage/dealer with a COPY of the report and challenge them for an answer / justification of what they have done whilst your car was in their hands ... with a view to using trading standards to show they had been negligent with your car.

Bazzaa:
Take it back to them let them have a chance to sort it out, they can do it but you must give them a chance.
If you still have a problem that can't be resolved, write to IM and tell them that one of their registered retailers are not playing the game.
Take it to another Subaru dealer and get a report and send it to IM and demand your rights.
Worst case office of fair trading will sort them.
Just take it one step at a time, frighten them with their own devils ie tell them your intentions and you are will to report them to their superiors.
Don’t get heavy to start with be nice, you can always get nasty later.
Cribbing on here wont help, only they can sort it out, note times dates and places and names.
I take it your car is registered with IM, I can post the registration letter if required.
