Unhappy Petrol Prices on GMTV today

Did anyone see this ???

Some garage in Chelsea charging 96.something per litre for UL.
And 108.something per litre for SUL !!!! !!!

Glad i dont live there...

How can they get away with charging so much ??
They rekoned that it was the most expensive place in britain to fill up.

Oh, and it was a Total garage...luckily not Shell !

Still...bit OTT !

Johnny,

Let's hope it doesn't come up north at that price - 84.9p is bad enough for Optimax without being ripped off further.

The government has a lot to answer for - we have the most expensive, poor qulity roads anywhere for a good few miles!!

When you have people buying houses for £70million in Chelsea I doubt the price of petrol is a bother to them

Milton Keynes has had the highest average UK fuel prices for the last 4 years on the trot and still the OFT (or whoever) says that there is 'no collusion' between the oil companies despite it being a lot cheaper 15m in other directions. Yeah, right.

As an example, when diesel was 75.9-77.9 everywhere else, it was 80.9-81.9 here

Don't forget the insane rents in Chelsea have to be covered somehow !!!

As mentioned above, the folks around here wouldn't give a poo-poo about the cost anyways..
