Lightbulb WR1 Graphics?

Hi All

I am hopefully getting my WR1 soon and have been playing with Photoshop, I am toying with the idea of these graphics do you think it's a step to far?

I have gone with the 555 graphic to go with the number plate instead of the newer version...

Hmmmm. You'll get a variety of opinions on this of course, but personally this looks like the perfect way to ruin the looks of a very attractive, understated performance car.

Nice car. Nice Photoshop job. But, if I had a WR1 I would leave it standard.

I think the colour stands out as it is. I think the graphics only work on a few cars. Or maybe change the colour of the graphics.
If you like it go for it. dont let anybody stop you

i posted on was it you 2 weeks ago, that I had seen a stickered up wr1, it looked brilliant, I dont think that set works as well as it could mate, I think do it, because everyone else will leave it as is...... just go for a different set .

As I've got a fully stickered up STi8/9 (Whatever) then it would be kettle calling pot etc, BUT personally I wouldn't touch a WR1 (Except maybe Remove(!) the yellow wing badge). If you must do it then the colour is such that you could look at keying the decals in either with the WR1 grille or the Bright flitters. Regardless, get it done properly

go for it. may not be to some peoples taste, but if you like it do it.

at the end of the day it isn't like you're bas*ardising a 22b (no insult to you intended)

I think only the 555 bit with the sweeping line is the only nice bit the rest is a bit over the top. But its your car

Again you'll get a divergence of opinion Lee, and at end of day it's your car so you don't need to ask for our permission/approval, but personally the only time stickers will go anywhere near the paintwork on my car is when folk pay to put them there.

At end of day the WR1 is the wrong colour to be a rally replica, and looks just fab without anything on it at all. Why not just leave it as it comes?

I'm not after a rally replica, it's just that the car is supposed to be to commemorate Subaru's rally win, and no one's going to pay to put stickers on my car unfortunately...

STILee it's your car m8, so it's up to you weather you like it or not, if you do then go for it, if you dont then <<<< i have a stickered up MY02, but i dont think i would change the WR1. except wheel's
just my opinion....

Car already comes with the WR1 commemorative stickers on it. You don't need to give 555 cigarettes free advertising to increase its celebratory value

STIlee mate you gotta go for the first pic.

Looking great, Im def doing the same (if and when) mine arrives.

With the Baby Blue colour it will just look like "another Taxi" so to turn a few heads it needs a bit more magnatism.

Leave it as it is,graphics look cheap and tacky to me.Car looks great as it is.I really dont see the big obsession with covering a car in stickers

the WR1 is like the RB5, the wrong colour for any major stickering, the colour of these 2 SE's is enough of a statement IMO

leave it unstickered mate

I think a few of us have been trying to get that point across Lee, but with a touch more subtlety!

Think Liam has a point though, if you're going with the stickers, may as well do the light show as well, otherwise the folk who see you in the dark will be missing out!
