I recently bought a Borg & Beck clutch for a MY96 uk turbo for 93 quid + vat
with 3 year warranty.
I had it fitted locally for another tonne but I'm in Stoke on Trent.

B&B I am told is a renowned quality brand of affordable clutch, havn't experienced any probs upto now.
As for that other place saying they were ****e, I can't comment except to say that they were probably hoping you'd buy their's.

I had a B&B fitted for £160 (cost me an additional £115 to get the clutch with delivery). It was fitted to a v2 WRX.
Overall, the clutch seems to be doing the job quite nicely.
(I am based in the Midlands)
