I know it's the wrong forum but I really need a quick response. Please help.

I may sound like a total numbty now but what is the recomended tyre size for the 18" P1 alloys to fit an old shape Impreza?

Will 225/40 - 18"s do the job???

I think they may be a tad on the large side and could cause rubbing problems but depends on wheel offset.

215/35x18 will be fine, if on wheels approximately 50 ish mm offset.

The tyre size that came with the 18" wheels on my P1 was 225/35/18 with Pirelli PZeros. That's the proper size as specified by Prodrive.
