Default what can i expect for 10k? Anyone know of one for sale?

guys
i am new to the scooby thing, but got hooked after driving a few of them on our trackdays we do. Anyway, in a week or so i will have 10 grand (maybe 10,500 max) to spend on a mota!
Question is..what can i expect, reg wise, mileage, version for this kind of moolah?
Whatever car i buy must have a bodykit (P1 style...front splitter, sills and big rear foil) and obviusly looking for fsh and best reg/lowest miles i can get..dont want much do i haha! Not fussed if its standard of been modified really.

any guidance appreciated

Very curvy,,, large airbags.... about 4 nights in a top London hotel... she may bring a friend... You'll need to visit the clinic after... and you'll probably won't be able to walk after the third night...

not sue if you'll find one for sale to keep though...

I've Just picked up a Beauty, for around that same money.
V reg, Sti, version 6, 300bhp (Book/standard) Under 50,000 miles, full body kit. I would definately recommend, if your looking for value for money....look at imports! (i'm sure plenty of uk owns may disagree?)

Liverpool Victoria will give you a very competitive Quote, as will Tesco's (with Cat1 & Tracker) for an Import.

Get a 'Qualified' Scooby mechanic to view it. This will cost you, but he'll be able to spot tell-tell signs behind the true history of the car, as well as mods.

I can also recommend the guy i bought mine from, he imports a few now and again. (Just don't try to knock him down on the price! (eh, A...)).

THE KEY IS TO TAKE YOUR TIME, FIND THE RIGHT CAR AND DON'T RUSH IN TO IT!!

There are LOADS out there for sale, you just gotta find the right one for you.

HAPPY HUNTING!!!

You should be able to find a very good example of a standard UK Turbo MY00 (2000 year model) - shop around there are plenty out there - just be sure to get it checked out and have a fsh. Go for a good colour (Dark Blue Mica or Champagne Silver) and then get some extras yourself - front bumper, spoiler, etc. That's if you want a UK car - you should also be able to find one with extended warranty that will have at least 12 months left of Subaru's warranty.

Uk car

One Owner

Full SUBARU history

MY00 is the only one to get

Classic shape only

Spoilers and stuff can be added later if you 'still' think it looks cool! - please don't buy a car because its covered in Nova-Boy stuff!! (remember the owner is a Nova-Boy too!)

Sensible miles - on a MY00 - under 50,000

Steer clear of Pink Mica, White and Green colours

DBM or Silver

And lastly, but MOST important, buy a wagon! Why? Faster than a saloon, holds the road better, won't get nicked and its soooooo cool burning off M3's in an Estate car!!!!!!
