Do your scoobies start as soon as you turn the key my starter motor turns over 3 times and then starts I have to hold the key for the starter for around 1-2 secs then it starts is that normal?

oil pressure
one of the problems of earlier scoobs was that they started too quickly and the oil hadn't had a chance to reach the outermost bits of engine. A few turns cranks up the oil pressure before the engine fires. a good thing imho.
