Oh woe is me
Just put some new Goodyear Eagle F1 boots on the Scoob (215x40x17) and very happy with the grip and poise over the previously inherited Nakgang's.
These previous tyres had been 45 profile and after taking advice on the speedo (reading over) have gone for the 40's.
but completely forgot about the tiny margin my back box has when backing into the garage via my ski slope of a drive Remembered of course when I got home, and gritted my teeth and edged down the drive. Grazed the edge of the tail pipe though on the concrete floor...bugger
Now I'm going to have to put a strategic board on the floor to lift the wheel, or fit a bloody glove to the back box each time it goes in the dam garage...
