Outside Witan Gate House (bp building)in MK today I've just had the pleasure of seeing a navy blue Pajero type 4wd pulling away with the spoiler off my Silver Sti5 TypeR. Unfortunately, I was up on the 3rd floor lloking down, couldn't describe the scally stuffing my spoiler in the rear of his/their mota, couldn't get a regmark as the 4wd was side-on and, to top it off, looks like my car was in a camera blind-spot. So a nice little bill to replace or insurance claim waits for me, ho f__king hum.
You wouldn't believe what a sh!te year to date I've had on a personal level so far, this just tops things off.

Thieving Scum indeed , if i caught some w4nker doing that to mine i would go into war mode big time. Did you call the police, if so what did they say ?

I'm often in MK myself as the 'trouble & strife' is from there. Bit reluctant to venture up in my sti5 now.

Unlucky mate, hope there isnt toomuch damage, althogh couldnt think how they would get it off without damaging it, but then....what use is it to them then???

Had some petrol robbed in MK, I was reversing to turn round and saw wet stuff on the road.
Then smelt petrol, got out of car and looked underneath. The ***** had cut my petrol lines under the car!!!
Could not believe it.

Just looked on ebay for you and there is a STi5 type R spoiler in parts by brand (subaru). Hope this helps.

Really sorry to here about the Spoiler. I cannot put into words how you must feel.
I do have a MY2000 spoiler,never used wrapped in bubble rap, was sold with my car,never even looked at it.
Might not be what you are want though ?
I live near MK.
Could help you out.

Sounds like a load of BS to me, who buys a spoiler and then never fits it to their car.

Had the same thing happen to our classic a couple of years ago. We even found out who the guy was that had the spoiler fitted to his Vauxhall Cavalier GSi A mate had been approached to spray the spoiler and it wasn't till he had done it that he realised it was off our car.

We phoned the police and guess what, they said they couldn't do anything. I guess that is what I pay my taxes for I spotted the car a couple of weeks after and I so wanted to rip it off, but then I thought why lower myself to this scums level. I left a note clearly stating the fact that I knew it was him and a few other points that I shall not go into detail about

**** NOT lowering myself to their level. i wouldn't tell the cops, in my experience its often a wast of time. if i knew who it was, the pr*ck would be getting a new brake fluid paint job ! there is no way, i wouldn't be getting even somehow!!! you can only take so much ****e!

its just the we work damn hard (or not in some cases , but we still work) to have the things we want to enjoy in life and then some ignorants come along and just take what they want.

meanwhile, we are getting hammered by the govt. for anything and everything related to motoring (as well as othe rthings) - yet, these criminals probably don't pay any of what we do and don't get punished for it accordingly either! can't wait until i can afford to emigrate!
