Angry Quality Service.....not.

I spent all day yesterday sat at home waiting for a new piece of furniture to be delivered. Was told they couldn't be sure what time it would arrive. By 5pm nothing had come, so I phoned them up. They said "Our drivers mobile battery has gone dead, so we can't call him, but he is on his way". Needless to say, nothing arrived.
I wasted a whole precious day off and I'm not happy. Does anyone know how/if I can claim against them.
