I've had my MY96 WRX STi for a couple of years, the previous owner £10,500 on upgrading the suspension to OHLINS .........This is a Group N Spec suspension, but I do know that they do a suspension for £3000-£4000, which is also supposed to be outstanding.......The suspension I have a, within reason, solid and I like it !!

http://www.astsuspensionuk.com/ is worth a look. I think a set of coilovers suited to UK roads is around the £850 + Vat ballpark.
