Question Finally kerbed my alloy wheel!! Anyone recommend a refurbisher?

Hi all,

Well after nearly a year of ownership I've gone and kerbed my front passenger side 18" Prodrive-FF7 Wheel (gold) while parking, thanks to a broken kerb stone that was sticking out!! Oh well guess it was going to happen sooner or later

So my question is can anyone help me out by recommending a good alloy wheel repairer / refurbisher local to Northampton, Milton Keynes or the Bedford area? Plus does anyone know what kind of cost I’m looking at (wheel has damaged to the outer rim and a scrap across one of the spokes)?

Many thanks for the help.

P

No I have not, but I have seen the work they do a couple of years back now. They had some wheels off an Aston Martin which looked like new, you wouldn't have known any different.

Give them a call in the morning, won't hurt to ask a few questions etc.

Andy.

I'd be intersted in the results if you go to them Phil. My other half's WRX alloys could do with some attention.

Cheers.

I had my wheels refinished in anthracite at Pristine Wheels and it is an awsome finish - wasn't that cheap though.

i did the same on my 18s gold oz racing for my p1 and used a company called chips away.

not cheap but couldn't tell the difference. £120 for repair to one wheel and refurb due to pitting on two others. Good as new afterwards
