I've the HKS..... Sounds great & is loud 
I've heard from a few with the Nur spec that it can be very "droneing" when doing constant m'way / duel carrageway speeds.....
About the same power gains on both i think (?)

RB5 - Just sold my HKS S.Drager to get the Blitz...the Hks is the better of the two for not being overly loud. (If that's possible

HKS super drager for me, never felt the need for lots of noise, great on full throttle and no noise on motorway and lots of top end power
