My car is due it's 60,000 mile service according to service records although it has only actually covered 27,000. How much should I expect to pay?

Includes the cambelt that one. I paid around £500 for mine IIRC.

60,000 miles does not require cambelt change - thats 45,000 miles.

See here: http://www.sidc.co.uk/faq.htm#2.3

For a certain year of the classic the cambelt was put back to 60,000 miles rather than 45,000 miles, possibly the MY00

Ah well - I guess for the poster of this thread its irrelevant whether its supposed to happen at 45k or 60k - it has to be done either way

Subaru changed the cambelt service interval from the original 45K to 60K. Cambelt on my MY99 RB5 wasn't changed until 60K.

As already mentioned, it's irrelevant for the original posters car.

Got my MY99, 60k service done for £325ish (using SIDC 10% discount card and I decided to fit a K&N panel filter before the service so there is no charge for a new air filter in that price) this was at a local main dealer (car had only done 21k). Mine had the cambelt done at 45k so I imagine yours will be the same.

Thanks for your replies. The cambelt was changed on the 30,000 mile service. At least I know what to expect now.
