How do i put up my turbo and from where can i get it done from

"put up" i`m not understanding?
If you mean more boost there are various ways from dawes devices (cheap) which ups the "boost" through to fully re mapped ECU`s etc which changes fuelling / boost etc etc depending on how far you take it.
Firstly you need to look at your budget then talk to a reputable Subaru tuner, many are on here and are very helpfull.
