Dave,
You are forgetting I set that record with a "mere" 385 bhp, the current engine has 50bhp more at the top end and so should go faster. And as for the new engine (if it is ready in time!), now that would be telling....

You will probably be able to play for about 14 seconds . Then bang !!!

Seriously never heard of anybody nitrous-ing a scooby. Not sure What the outcome would be.

Best of luck

There is no limit to what you can do, the onlything is that it has to be street legal.

However, do be warned that there was a Cossie running 350bhp with a claimed 100bhp worth of nitros - it got to 130mph and then proceed to dump the contents of the engine inside the bay...

In fact, we were so sure this would happen, we put a bet that it would be the first. And we won....

Nitros and Cossies don't mix, so I can't see it working with an Impreza (even weeker engine!).

john

i guess about 150 before the brown trouser limiter kicks in and stops the car for interior cleaning.

I think id rather be in mikes car at those speeds.

this is gonna be good. Why not get "oz" from turbotouch along mike so he can maul you just like he has everything else on the road

yeah right
