Hi everyone.

Im coming to the UK for the last two weeks of August from Canada.

I was wondering if there was going to be any sorts of events going on related to subaru's (like meets, track days, etc). I will be in the manchester area.

Also, is there anywhere that I could maybe rent a WRX or something similar for a few hours or even a day? Its been my dream to drive a real WRX

There's nothing organised as yet Tulit (except a 2 day bash at the end of June).....but i dare say something might be in the offing.

as for renting a Wrx i have read that it is possible but i don't know where (though there has been some unscruplious agencies claiming for non existant damages....i.e. be careful !!)

I heard from the 22b board that there was some places where I could rent the car but it would be pretty expensive. I guess thats ok since it will be a sort of once in a lifetime sort of thing :-)

Do dealers there let you test drive cars as well like they do here? That might be another alternative (free even).
