i am asking if anyone has used vauxhall 10/40 oil in there legacy to stop tapit noise had loads of replys what to do it would be great just trying to get as many ideas before i change anything on my car

Try using an oil addative like "Forte Top end Treatment", have used this stuff and does work by simply adding to the engine oil. This then dissolves the laquers that have built up in the tappets and thus allows full oil flow through them [again].
