Question

First off, I'm not mental!
A few nights ago, started the car with the heaters on.
Had to get out of the car to get something out of the rear footwell. Placing my hands under the hadle I noticed a very cold draft, blowing from under the handle. After checking, its the same on all doors, but only with the doors shut and blowers on.
This seems very strange to me, anyone else come across this? Or have I gone nuts?
Ive got a UK 00

Just the air escaping, as the blower draws air from the outside, the pressure rises inside and escapes through any route.
