My mate had this done to his Supra, he found out who it was and cut the side of their face and said "try and cut that out with turtle wax"...
IMO this should be done to all the jelous bar stuwards that damage cars...
Oh the joys of living in Bristol...

My brother's currently taking his girlfriends canal boat down to Watford from Hemel. She drove by his boat yesterday to make sure it was ok since he'd been gone for a couple days, and someone has totally smashed his car to pieces; no windows, bonnet and bodywork all smashed in, for no reason whatsoever

Sorry to hear that guys... i don't understand why idiots do these things...
I take my car to uni and its parked in n unmonitored car park... however whenever i return to it (on most occasions) there's a few lads standing around looking at it and talking about cars... at first i'd get a lil paranoid but always talked to the guys found that i've made quite a few freinds and now got em looking out for my motor too
I still get paranoid leaving the car there for lengthy periods but if we cant drive em places then whats the point in having em..
Hope you get your motors sorted guys unfortunately there will always be jealous scum needing their *** kicking!

My advice to you would be to claim from the university, and believe me, you'll get results.
They have cameras there as part of the insurance requirements, kick up a fuss and tell the university that you will let their insurance company know that the cameras were out of action, and the damage to your car might have been prevented or at least spotted.
The university will then pass on the costs to the contracted security company.
You have nothing to lose my friend

i really don't know if posting these topics is kind of egging it on? just recently the mubers of scoobys getting keyed seems to have shot up up. i'm not saying that you should not share your mishaps with us, on the contrary as it makes us more conscious of what's going on, but it just makes me think that it's becoming a trend (would be bad news).
on a more serious note, I'm sorry that it happened as I would not be happy at all if it happened to me. nevermind, get it resprayed as soon as you can to take your mind off it. it's nothing money can't mend. good luck mate
