Stopped production of STI mud flaps for STI7

I ve been told by my dealer that they have stopped production of STI style mud flaps for my02 bugeye ( these are black with STI in white)
I already have a full set but when the car was last in for a service they torn a corner of the flap which they said they would replace free of charge ... 2 months later they say they have to get a set made up by pro drive
is this the case or am I been fobbed off ?
where do I stand in getting this replaced if they can't get any?

if any one knows where I can get one rear passenger side flap ( no need for the fitting kit just the plastic bit) can u let me know so I can tell my dealer
