Had a 6pt bolt in roll-cage for a while, just got round to getting it fited today

Reason? Well I want to be just that little bit more (personally) secure on track should something untoward happen and I got into a rolling situation Less worried about PTMW! but I'm not replaceable (nor is a pssenger!)





Pics are from when we'd worked out how much car needed to be removed to get it in and how it should go and had fitted/lined it all up prior to drilling - jeepers its tight

So (before the debate starts again)

1) This is for Track Use only - Brands in November

2) I will be fitting padding in appropriate places

3) I will be using a harness (btw anyone got one suitable they don't want? )

4) I won't be changing the seat at this juncture, though I understand it is recommended

5) I will be informing my insurance company of its existance for the purpose of transit to and from the track (needs fitting at home)

6) It is now out of PTMW! and sitting at home

Can't wait to have a play & as an added bonus, it'll be both a camera mount + strengthen the shell up for handling

Tight is all I can say. I haven't had to cut into the dash at all and if I needed the front fog switch on a regular(track) basis, I'd have to move it!
