Got pics of car. How do I post em? Help

Hi. Computers have never been my thing, so therefore I have no idea how to get the pics of my car onto the scoobynet.
I can scan the photos with my scaner and save them. But getting them from my file to the scoobynet via a post seems imposible to me.

Any help would be appreciated
