If you can find the control box then things get easier..... It should only be one wire for the stereo mute. The rest is 3 simple cables you just have to follow and undo.

Could be difficult could be easy!

Exclamation

Don't forget to take out the microphone.

PS I have just paid £100 to have the Nokia kit taken out of my Impreza and put into an Evo 6.

Should be easy and take 3 quarters of an hour tops If you take the stereo out everything should behind there but it may be near the bottom of the dash. Find the red, blue, yellow & black wires that go to the stereo and trace them back and bingo

Don't forget to take out the microphone.
Depends where that is but sometimes you can gently pull it out from the mic end once it's unplugged but I may have one if you get stuck.

Cool

Dead easy, the black box is usually hidden behind the glove box, when located disconnect all leads, mic, aerial, power & phone holder then there should be 2 or 3 wires connected, earth, live and the radio mute, just follow and disconnect.

Tis really easy m8, took my out dozens of times

It should be straight forward. the only difficult bit should be removing the ariel & cable depending on where the ariel is positioned. You should find the control box behind the dashboard and there is usually an interface to connect it to the stereo if you have the type that goes through the speakers.

To uninstall the kits cost a bit IIRC but mine's a work one so I wasn't paying but I have installed & uninstalled these before & they only take about an hour to do at most.
