Ok,
I've checked out the site so its on with the details
Date: Sunday 5th October
Venue: Meriden, which for those that don't know is the Centre of England, and can be found on the A45 between Brum and Coventry. In the centre of the village is a pub called The Bull, cannot miss it. Thats the venue.
So if we meet there at 10:00 am we have all day to talk, drink, drive etc.
This location is only a few minutes of the Motorway in any direction.
Please reply with name and car details.
Hope to see many TT's there.
Regards Tim

LOL@Nick

I think if I start now (and assuming Road Angel works in Russia ), I might just make it, allowing for an engine change or 2 on the way Don't think my GPS navigation disc covers that far by any chance do you?

Right looks like I'm on for that:

Silver '95 GT Wagon, Auto.

Not had it long, so god knows if it has any mods, but should have BBS alloys in it by then!

Any other takers?

Yep. Another one here. The only reason I'll miss it is if 2nd baby comes along a bit early!

Should be OK.

I pick up a 2002 manual B4 in a couple of weeks.

Anyone know if I will be able to convert the Jap Sat nav for UK operation?

It's only ten minutes down the road from me, so if allowed might make an appearance - That is if single Turbo's are allowed (P1)
Apart from that it would be nice to see TT's (Two Tims)

Tim & Mick,
both welcome so please come along. We had a couple of imprezas at the first meet, but no single turbo Legacys, so it would be nice to see one of the originals.

Tim -
not sure whether I can get the 'guy time' - since will be up at Rally Yorkshire 27th/28th of this month - 2 weekends of scoobydom on the trot is pretty unheard of now I have 3 littl'uns - still will try my luck with 'er indoors anyway -

c ya

I am in the middle of having the engine rebuilt (under warranty) as it blew a front crank oil seal 6 days after taking delivery of it. I am told it will be ready a week friday but after the hassle I've been through so far (12 weeks off the road waiting) I'm not sure if I believe them any more. If its back then it will be a means of putting some miles on the engine so will try if can't make it will post closer to time.
Mine is a 97 Legacy GT Wagon TT (of course), silver, induction kit and larger tail section exaust. As I bought it, not my mods, comments welcome.
regards
Les.
