R33 GTR will do circa 15mpg as i recall when i was investigating but again will get better with steady acceleration etc so not much in it really from a scooby especially when you have a bigger engine extra turbo etc 
If MPG is an issue for ya get a 2nd good MPG carp to drive car that's what i'm going to do before i get next even thirstier rice rocket
