Done an octane booster search but it would take ages to look thru them all so, When filling up do you run the fuel low every time so you put the right amount in or do you only put half the amount in if you only need half a tank and so on?

Yep, its a judgement call. I usually put half a bottle in if I have half a tank left, if there's 1/4 tank left I just put the whole bottle in. Better to be too much than too little.

Word of warning, make sure the inside of the lid is removed as it normally sticks to the top when the lid is unscrewed, tip the bottle in the tank without seeing that could cause problems!
