Adams handy hint here
1. Buy standard front number plate (so you don't get busted by the uniformed tax collectors )
2. Fit it to car using very loose hinge at top of plate..
Effect #1 At speed numberplate flips up and in - allowing much more air to flow to rad + fmic
Effect #2 Front facing speed cams don't see the plate
Effect #3 When car is at standstill - appears as normal...
p.s. don't blame me if you get stopped by a tax collector 'cos it breaks some other piddling law

what would scooby do:
************************************************** ********
99% of rear facing cams have no film anyways (gatsos) IMHO of course
;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; ;;;;;;;;
it must be nice to have an opinion based on a wild guess
more like 96% in my wild guess (IMWG)

So how do you find out at what speed your plate is invisible to specs? You would have to find out and travel at more than that speed whilst passing the specs units. Shame the first traffic car who spots you in his mirror will probably pull you over.

I have the perfect answer for a perfect world. Lift your right foot a little so less fuel is used, this in turn will run the motor slower, hence being more responsible so less chance of NIP. Problem solved.
