Eibach springs should fit no probs
Induction kit no probs - although there can be problems
Up-pipe (no need, the STI8 comes with a decat up-pipe
)
Downpipe onwards is no probs.

You are right
MY01-02WRX would physically fit an the STi7. But there is a difference in front end wieghts
Prodrive do a Blue spring Kit for WRX and Red spring kit for STi7 because of these differences 
The front STi7 springs would fit and be correct set up on a MY03STI but rears have a different Top mount spring size so wouldn't fit
