I applied about 3 weeks ago, but I got a call back the same day.
The tickets turned up in about 3 days.
Apparently they are heavily subscribed for Top Gear. I was lucky, I applied for a day that was already full and they offered me the next available one as they had only just started issuing tickets for it!
They even asked me if I wanted more tickets!!
I only asked for two!!

I checked the BBC2 website, which will show what is on TV up to a week in advance.

I've had a quick look at the site, and it seems that there are no more tickets to issue for this series of Top Gear.
It says they are taking names for the new series scheduled for late August. I dare say your name is now down for that, if you filled in the online form!

I filled it in about a 3 weeks ago. I assume that I was very lucky in getting tickets!
As I say, I applied online, got a phone call a few hours later to confirm the dates available and how many. The tickets turned up a couple of days after.

Good fun, but we're shattered from all the standing around!!

Are you sure that you got the tickets in the normal way ?
My take on it
Top Gear have had a appeal for people that have no taste when it comes to modifying.
There is only one TANGO
Do we have to wait untill Sunday for the truth to come out ?. I heard that Subaru UK have offered to buy your car back rather than let you mod it. Failing that if Subaru do the same as VW with the Golf Ad "Some things are better left untouched", then TSL and yourself will have the prime spots

LOL @ Chins! Subaru are more than welcome to buy my car back!
All I can say is watch it on Sunday! My cheesy mug will be on it, but if it helps out Jodie Kid is gorgeous!
