Reward for Information - P1 Bumper Theft

You may have seen a posting by Triple X a few weeks ago regarding the theft of my complete P1 front bumper assembly.
The b@stards have p1ssed me off to such an extent that I'm prepared to pay £250 for any information which leads the police to recover the bumper and/or catch those responsible. To be honest I'm more bothered about getting the b@stards nicked than I am about getting the bumper back.
The theft took place from the Moscow Mill Car park in Oswaldtwistle, next door to Oswaldtwistle Mills on Wednesday 30th April at some time between 11.30am-2pm. The guy who nicked it was seen walking off with it after removing it with a carving knife. Somebody somewhere must know something as the police reckon it's been 'shopped for' for another vehicle - considering you can't buy a P1 bumper assembly without the chassis no of a P1 it can't be that hard to track down.
If someone's offered a P1 bumper or knows of another Scoob in the area with a recently acquired one, I'd be grateful for any info, in confidence, to catch the thieving tw@ts. My e-mail is johncutajar@totalise.co.uk.
