Just ran my first hillclimb with new 205/50 Toyo Proxes on the original 15" wheels.
The tyres were brand new and hadn't bedded in which I hadn't realised that they had to, so I was lacking grip which will get better as the tyres progress - I hope!.
I ran tyre pressure at 29 all round - is this right?.
I have a set of 16" wheels but as these would also run 205's would these provide better levels of grip on the wider rim?. Presume at the same 29 pressure the wider rim would give more tyre on the road and therefore more grip?.
Cheers
