LOL
Plod might but tbh unless you sit o/side your house constantly blipping the throttle for 2 hrs every night @ 03:00 then I reckon they won't give a stuff.
Believe me, enviromental health can't be ar$ed to come around for a noise nuisance of a horse in a stable less than 20ft from my bedroom, or believe that a horse could make any noise

I had the same noise level query and got the answers on 5ive-0.com
The boys in blue dont carry any noise measuring equipment, they would refer you to an MOT tester.
The MOT testers also do not have any measuring equipment but have to decide whether the exhaust is any noisier than the exhaust on another identical vehicle, however, you'd have to be pretty unlucky for the MOT centre to have the same car available for comparison when you go in.
"The noise generated by the exhaust cannot exceed 95dB".
"The CE mark shows that the exhaust has passed the noise tests of 95dB maximum".

No-one's complained about my Land Rover V8 yet
My other 4x4
I'm sad enough to record it, so you can hear in the leisure of your own home (like my neighbours )
now THAT IS LOUD!

ALi-B,
I luv your landy mate, I always wanted to do something similar to that, trouble is, I don't have a use for it, so I don't suppose I'll ever bother, besides, there's a lot of other things on my 'list' too!!
