just had the four year service and an mot done at a dealers in south cumbria they also fitted a ball joint.
cost was in excess of £500.
picked the car up yesterday afternoon after they'ed had it since thursday morning, and there was a constant scraping from the front and a constant squeak from the back.
looked at the front and the backplate behind the disc was touching the disc. Back brake is still squeaking constantly.
do they not bother road testing after a job ??
unimpressed craig.

i can understand how you feel especially going to a subraru service centre. i'd really give the service manager what for and if he doen't offer you any sweetners for next time I'd advise you to write an official complaint about this to subaru UK and tell about the joke of a service!!!
