looked at the front and the backplate behind the disc was touching the disc. Back brake is still squeaking constantly.

i can understand how you feel especially going to a subraru service centre. i'd really give the service manager what for and if he doen't offer you any sweetners for next time I'd advise you to write an official complaint about this to subaru UK and tell about the joke of a service!!!
