People have looked into it, but given that the supplier doesn't need to do a group buy, there's no interest in their side from doing it

Unhappy

This was asked before, but the PSI3 guys said that they've did deals with specific suppliers, so Group Buys are not on

Question

So maybe we should look at group buys with those suppliers?

I may be interested in a pod mount for my MY99.

it comes supplied with the unit according to psi3, you basically order it as it has a different model number depending on the car its for and you get the right hood then

yeah but there`s no units in this country. psi3, scoobyworld and TSL all say they are waiting for the pods to come from america.
So, good luck getting hold of a pod, again

but there dearer from some of the suppliers Ive seen, buy them direct, theres your discount

Funnily enough, I actually emailed psi today about a potential group buy, and they said no discount

Anyone got the standalone unit, and a pic of it, and possibly dimensions

I hear they *might* be at the Northern Big One and fitting them free (after paying for the unit)........

try e-mailing them and see if the above is true?

Dead right, They plug into the select monitor port..It's just nice to have a cup of tea while someone else threads the cables and sorts out the dash mounted pod.

yeah I looked up the instructions, you've got to cut away the bloody tray rather than just sit on top of it

since the pod is an official subaru part you would have thought that there is a replacement fascia to go with it which is the right size and doesnt include a tray so you can swap them?

no doubt there is and it costs £90!

It looks to me from the instructions on thier website that there are screw holes behind the dash ready for such a hood, well planned subaru, shame you have to destroy the car tho!
