Soulgirl........I sent you a mail this morning with regards to what you did for me on Friday (Nudge, Nudge)
I was unable to do it and the site is not working now (For obvious reasons)
Can you reactivate it and let me know and I will download it and let you know when it is done so that you can turn it off again.
Cheers.....
Jason.

ROFL, just read the thread, this comment made me chuckle
(Page 2 of the thread, about halfway down).
Imprezza: Amazing grip, reasonable straight line speed, easy to drive very quickly on twisty/wet roads. Looks like it's been beaten with an ugly stick and then cross bred with a Fiat Multipla (ok..maybe not THAT bad...)
MR2: Reasonable grip, excellent straight line speed and acceleration. Requires considerably more driver skill and commitment to drive quickly. Knicker snapping looks

Thats the fun thing with this X v Y threads. Everyone is convinced they are right . I could go out and buy an MR2 turbo tommorrow, but would I ?, no I wouldnt because for me with my criteria the scoob is so much better IMHO . Not worth the hassle/bother in convincing people let them make their own minds up. Most of my mates thought my scoob was a stupid purchase. After a quick spin all said it was a stupid purchase .

its all harmless banter, if you view the site regularly you would see the constant pi$$ takes between us. I've been a member there for 4 years now and I know no malice was intended.
in fairness though I have seen a holier than thou attitude from a few people here (minority), the subura is a car it has its strengths and weaknesses just like any other I think some people would do well to bare that in mind once in a while

Dont know where some of these people get their delusions from, "the mr2 has knicker snapping looks?" I mean, get real! Maybe they should park their leather trousered bums in a P1 and go for a drive. Cant go anywhere without peops shouting waving and snapping knicker elastic

in all fairness scoobynutta what cars do you see women driving more of (no offence) MR2's or Scoob's? MR2's, so the knicker elastic comment is right, don't get me wrong as a red blooded male I'd like nothing more than a P1 or 22B.

willgill, i dont understand what you are saying. It doesnt matter what sex the driver is regarding knicker snapping looks of a car. The whole phrase knicker snapping was the concept of a woman pedestrian turning around to see the car as it went by.

sorry I might be explaining myself badly here
women (generally) buy and drive MR2's over scoobies, therefore which car is more likely to snap their knicker elastic?? the MR2 which is acknowledged as a more feminine car or the scooby which is an enthusiasts car and appreciated by purists.
I'll spell it out, 9 out of ten women would prefer an MR2, I think my point got lost a long time ago anyway

i had an mr2turbo and a wrx at the same time a couple of months back. both good examples.
the scoob was a better package, my g/f preferred it, and i get more compliments on the car from both men and women.

Does the term not refer to how desireable the car makes the male driver?
i.e If you drove down the high street in a MR2, females would look and fancy you (Shallow i know ) because of the cars lines etc.
Gotta say though, any woman who fancied me because of the car I drove would get a wide berth. Let's face it scoobs look hard, not pretty
