Ive known of 3 scoobs in my area alone in the last 2 weeks that have had accidents and written off with no other car involved .

Are the younger generation now affording the scoob , ie cheaper imorts etc. flooding the market , ?

Also my mate has just had his insurance renewel and HOLY SH!TE its gone up by 50%

Have the insurance companies had enough ?????/ ,,,,,,,, ive also hard of them refusing to renew policies

Why are you assuming its younger drivers who crashed those scoobs?

Could all be old farts crashing them for all you know.

BTW Had an 130bhp XR3 zetec as 1st car at 17, then had a scoob (yes - UK turbo) at 21. Now 24 Not crashed anything, only claim I made was when come c**t tried to nick my escort - and did'nt have a clue - thus damaged it even more.

I will own up to several parking "dings" though

And No I'm not saying i'm a good driver, or careful, I drive too fast, take too may unessecery risks etc. Just lucky.
