Myself and a couple of others got into some bother with locals and plod on the SIDC IOM bash and now we're all charged with Dangerous Driving. This is going to go to court and I need some help with technical data about performance to tear apart some of the statements of the "witnesses". What I need to know is:-
Acceleration times and distance covered from say 35 to 100/110mph
Braking times and distance from say 100/110mph to say 50mph
Acceleration time and distance from 20mph to 60mph
My car a MY01 with full decat so circa 260bhp, has had complete suspension overhaul and upgraded brakes with brand new tyres, conditions were dry and clear. Also compare to an X reg P1
Can anyone out there help me with this info in next few days.
Not sure if you want to post or email me if email then not sure how I get my email address to you this is really important as although there will be no impact on my UK licence I will have a dangerous driving conviction for my insurance which could make owning a scooby too expensive also we are innocent of these charges and are going to fight.
Please help

Have you got a solicitor?I'd imagine they could try and prove the witnesses ability to "guess" speed unreliable. Some people think that just because a car is revving quickly, that you are speeding
