Prodrive, the bespoke engineering and sales company
behind the winning Subaru World Rally team, intends to
seek a stock market flotation. The listing is set to value
the company at around GBP 150 million. Apax Partners,
the venture capital group, holds a 49% stake in
exchange for an investment of around GBP 35 million.
Prodrive employs 400 staff who have been promised
shares and options amounting to a total of 15% when
the business floats, equating to windfalls of around GBP
