Right this might make for a good one.
Let's have all your questions beginning 'Why' and then maybe collectively we can formulate some answers. Here's two to start the ball rolling.
Why when I parked in the deserted far end of the B&Q car park at Warrington tonight did someone park a delapidated Montego so close next to me that I could barely get in and all this despite the fact that the rest of the car park was virtually empty?
Why do the matrix signs on a motorway always flash 50 when anyone in the associated jam would give their right arm to be able to go as fast as that?

Why do companies ask you to write your address on the back of a cheque when they have no way of validating it at that time?
Why is there never enough time on the rinse cycle of jetwash machines?
Why does the person immediately in front of you at the cashpoint always decide to check every detail of his/her 20 accounts on a Friday night? (card in-card out, card in......).
Why do some bluebottle flies chose to live in between the sealed panes of glass in your double glazing and how did they get there?

Why is it that the idiots who turn left at roundabouts from the right lane and right from the left lane always believe they're correct?
Why aren't all drivers over 40 re-tested on the highway code? (Should I duck now?)
Why do I bother letting people out of side streets or into the overtaking lane when no-one does the same for me

Why don't they introduce capital punishment for incorrect use of fog lights?
Why are all the worst drivers on the road blissfully unaware of their stupidity?
Why can't people park an (essentially) rectangular car in a rectangular parking space?

Why is no one else struggling to read this far down the post when is should have died ages ago?
Yex, because the underpass in southend is a great bend, is a fast raod, enables you to do anyone by taking the inside and reflects everylast bit of flat four warble back to your ears!

Why do they call orange jam marmalade?
why do people still think the left hand lane on a motorway is for lorries and other slow moving traffic and always drive in the middle lane of an empty road? GGGRRRRRRR!!!!!

Why is there only one Monopolies Commission?
Why is it that every bloke on the BBS fawns around Penni (and now Subie Gal) just because they're the only girls on here?
Why did the police set up a speed trap on the A2070 outside Ashford in Kent last Sunday, when it's probably the longest, straightest piece of road in the country, and is nowhere near any residential areas, so they couldn't have been doing it under the guise of a safety scheme?
Why did Justin start his last question with 'who'?
Why did the chicken cross the road...

Why Mark0? Probably because Justin, Ian and myself were hammering along that road at unholy speeds. Actually, if it's the road I'm thinking of, the three of us came up behind that copper [Engage innocent expression] and after a while, he pulled over, waited until the three of us went past him, and then pulled out again behind me (I was at the back), and followed us for a while. He then pulled over again near a bridge, and that was the last we saw of him.
